Payment of 100% of the total stay will be requested in advance to guarantee the reservation.
Reservations are always on a room only basis and without daily cleaning. Sheets and towels are replaced every 3 days.
Delivery at home from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Check out time limit at 11:00 in the morning of the day of departure.

-If you cancel the reservation more than 15 days before the date of entry, your deposit will be returned, deducting €10 for management fees.
-If you cancel between 7 and 15 days before the date of entry, 50% of the deposit will be returned.
-If the cancellation is within the last 7 days before the date of entry, the deposit will not be returned.


In case of early departure, there will be no deposit refund
